The Atelier
Every garment at SBA Couture is a collaboration between our master couturiers and the woman wearing it. We do not do off-the-rack. We do not cut corners. We take the time to understand your body, your occasion, and your vision — then we build something extraordinary.
Founded over a decade ago in the heart of Ibadan, SBA Couture was born out of a desire to create garments that do more than fit—they must flatter, empower, and speak to the soul of the wearer. What started as a modest tailoring workshop has evolved into a premier atelier, attracting clients from across the continent. We believe that style perception is reality. A well-constructed garment has the power to change how a woman walks into a room and how the world responds to her.

How We Work
Consultation
A private conversation about your vision, occasion, and personal style. We listen first — then we design.
Measurements
Over 20 unique measurements are taken to create a pattern that exists for your body alone. No templates. No shortcuts.
Design & Fabric
Custom sketches are drawn and premium fabrics are sourced or curated to your taste, colour palette, and occasion.
Pattern & Cut
A hand-drafted pattern is created from your measurements, then precision-cut by our master couturiers.
Fittings
Two to three dedicated fitting sessions sculpt the garment to your silhouette until it feels like a second skin.
Hand-finishing
Every seam, bead, and hem is finished by hand with uncompromising care. This is where couture becomes art.
Delivery
Your garment is pressed, preserved, and presented in a premium garment bag — ready for its moment.
